This is to inform all instructors that the submission of grades for Prelim, Midterm, and Final examinations is strictly mandatory. Effective Second Semester, School Year 2025–2026, the following policies will be implemented: 1. Mandatory Compliance All instructors are required to submit student grades for each grading period (Prelims, Midterms, Finals and Course Outcomes) within the prescribed schedule. 2. Submission Deadlines Specific deadlines for grade submission will be issued every term by the Office of the Academic Affairs. Faculty members are expected to strictly adhere to these deadlines. 3. System Locking The grading system will be automatically locked after the announced deadline. Once locked, instructors will no longer be able to encode or modify grades without formal authorization. 4. Late Submission Penalty Fifty pesos (50.00) will be collected for each late course grade during prelims and midterms and one hundred fifty pesos ( 150.00) will be collected for each late course grade during finals. Repeated delays may be subject to further review. Deans, Program Heads and Subject Area Coordinator are mandated to make a report of late submission of grades for prelims, midterms , finals and Course Outcomes through the monitoring grade sheet.
